We’ve put a lot of thought and effort into making CleverClicks a truly exceptional company to work for (and to work with), and central to that is our company culture. 

Our culture is built around our people and the simple fact that happy people work better, and are better to deal with. By focusing on helping people grow, letting them focus on the work they love, helping them tend to their physical wellbeing, achieve their personal goals and have fun while they do it, we get happier, more successful and more productive people.

Better employees equals a better team, which is good for our company, as well as those we work with. It’s a no-brainer, really.

A Note On Company Culture

Company Culture is often confused with perks like an open bar and remote working days, and, while these may well add to to the company culture, that's not all there is to it.

Another way of phrasing company culture is ‘the way things are done around here’.
It’s a belief system, a set of values and a way of operating. 

So, while we do have some pretty awesome perks (yes, we do have an open bar and remote working days), it’s the underlying attitude of our day-to-day dealings that we’re really proud of.


Fulfilment is the cornerstone of happiness, which is why we do everything we can to help our employees learn, grown and follow the most fulfilling personal path while working at CleverClicks. 

Nothing makes happier than when we see our people following the career paths that make them happiest and learning the skills, techniques and personal attributes they need along the way.

CleverClicks employees get access to regular personal sessions with our business coach. We also put a lot of emphasis and investment into up-skilling our team (more on that below) and despite being a small team, we have a head of culture who fronts the growth and maintenance of our company culture on a daily basis. 

Seeing our employees consistently growing and flourishing at work is one of our favourite parts of running a business.


We are learning obsessed. Not only is constant learning they key to being successful in digital marketing, but we believe it’s what gives our team a serious edge. 

We invest heavily in our employees’ further education, whether it’s through online courses, overseas conferences or simply the time to dedicate to reading industry-related news, books and blog posts. 

Our team are constantly learning and increasing their knowledge and our work is all the better for it. To work at CleverClicks, your love of learning better be off the charts.


We strongly believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As much as our team love what they do, we strongly encourage them to cultivate an awesome life outside work. 

We’re all about helping our team diversify their happiness portfolios. That’s why we give all our employees their first day off (and their birthday off too), on the condition that they do something amazing with it (and take photos). 

We also work flexi-hours and remotely some days per week - because traditional office hours suck. 

If the surf report promises amazing swell and you’d rather catch a few waves and get back to your work later; we’re cool with it.


Life is so much better when your body is feeling good. You’re also more productive, happier, more creative and more bad-ass at everything you do. 

Health is a big focus at CleverClicks, which is why we give our employees a wellness allowance, optional health coaching and group exercise classes. 

The small things like standing desks and water filtration system also help, and so do the flexi-hours: if you’ve hit the 3pm slump and would rather go to gym than drink another cup of coffee, we’re all for it!

Health is an oft-discussed topic in our offices. Whether you’re building up to doing 3 press ups or training for Iron Man, we’re all invested in helping each other achieve our health goals and stay in peak condition.


We’re also big believers in letting people do what they love and are good at, and less of the things they hate or are weak at.

Let’s face it, you’ll achieve success much faster if you’re able to focus on getting your strengths from ninja to guru level, instead of getting your weaknesses from okay to fine.

You’ll also have much more fun doing it, and that’s what we’re all about. We work really hard to ensure every member of CleverClicks is passionate about what they do, the clients they have and the path they’re on.
